- Services Provided We provide transportation services through our fleet of vehicles for passengers to various destinations. Our services include private rides, shared rides, airport transfers, and other travel-related services as described on our website or app.
- Booking and Payment
- Booking: Customers can book a ride through our website, mobile app, or by phone. A confirmed booking will be provided once the payment is successfully processed.
- Payment: Payment for services is due at the time of the ride. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, cash, or digital wallets, depending on the availability of options.
- Fare: Fares are calculated based on the distance, time, and service type. Prices are subject to change based on traffic conditions, route variations, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation Policy: A booking can be canceled by the customer through the app or by contacting customer service. Cancellations made within a specified time frame (usually within 15 minutes of booking) may be eligible for a full or partial refund, as per our cancellation policy.
- Refunds: Refund requests must be submitted within [5–7 working days after the ride. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take [5–7 working days ] to reflect in the customer’s account.
- Customer Responsibilities

- Luggage: Customers must inform the Company about any oversized luggage, pets, or special requirements at the time of booking. Passengers are responsible for their belongings during the ride.
- Driver Responsibilities
- Conduct: Drivers are required to adhere to professional conduct standards and maintain a safe driving environment. Drivers are also responsible for ensuring the vehicle’s cleanliness and maintenance.
- Route: Drivers will choose the most efficient route, but if the customer requests a specific route, they must notify the driver. Additional charges may apply if the route is extended.
- Liability
- Limitation of Liability: The Company is not liable for delays, cancellations, or any other issues caused by external factors, such as traffic, weather, or accidents.
- Passenger Injuries: The Company is not responsible for injuries sustained during the ride unless they are caused by the driver’s negligence or willful misconduct.
- Insurance All our vehicles are insured in accordance with local regulations. Passengers are advised to have their personal insurance coverage for any incidents that might occur during the ride.
